What is Rapid Transformational Therapy ® (RTT)?


Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT) is a powerful therapeutic approach that combines elements of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, cognitive and behavioural techniques, and neuroscience-informed methods. This combined approach works to identify and transform non-beneficial beliefs, patterns, and emotional responses that may be holding someone back.


Rather than focusing only on symptoms, RTT works to uncover the root cause of an issue. These underlying belief patterns are often formed earlier in life and stored in the subconscious mind, influencing our thoughts, behaviours, and physical well-being without us being consciously aware of them.


The mind and body are deeply connected, so negative belief patterns, values, habits, and emotions can sometimes contribute to physical symptoms and ongoing challenges.


RTT® uses powerful hypnotherapy in bringing these subconscious beliefs into awareness and reframing them, RTT helps the mind release outdated patterns and replace them with healthier, more supportive ones.


When the conscious mind is able to recognize and understand the root cause of an issue, it allows the mind to release outdated patterns and create space for meaningful shifts emotionally, mentally, and physically.


RTT ® is a complementary approach and is not intended to replace medical care.


RTT® helps clients uncover the root cause of why they feel the way they do.


While many traditional approaches focus on managing symptoms or discussing the issue itself, RTT works to identify the deeper origin of the beliefs and behaviours that created the challenge in the first place.


Using a unique combination of therapeutic tools and techniques, RTT supports clients in transforming these underlying beliefs so they can move forward with more supportive and empowering patterns.


During an RTT® session, you will be gently guided into a deeply relaxed state that allows you to focus inward and access memories and experiences connected to the issue you would like to address.


Together, we explore past events to uncover the meaning and interpretations that were formed at the time, as well as the beliefs that developed as a result. You are then guided to view these experiences from your adult perspective today, allowing you to reframe them with greater understanding and clarity.


Once the root cause and new understanding have been established, we work together to create new, positive beliefs that better support you moving forward.


Clients often describe RTT sessions as relaxing, insightful, emotional yet empowering, and gentle. You may remember everything from the session or only certain parts, and both experiences are completely normal.


Following the session, you will receive a personalized audio recording created specifically for you. Listening to this recording daily for several weeks helps strengthen your new beliefs, rewire habitual thought patterns, and support lasting change.


Many people experience meaningful shifts in one to three sessions. Because RTT focuses on uncovering and addressing the root cause of an issue, it can often create change more quickly than traditional talk therapy that focuses primarily on discussing the problem.


RTT may support clients who are experiencing challenges such as:


• anxiety and stress
• fears and phobias
• low self-esteem or confidence
• self-sabotaging patterns
• emotional blocks
• habits or unwanted behaviours
• chronic patterns that feel “stuck”
• limiting beliefs
• performance or motivation challenges


RTT works by helping the conscious mind understand the root cause of an issue while allowing the mind to release outdated beliefs and patterns.


RTT is not a replacement for medical care but can be used as a complementary approach.


RTT® uses hypnosis to help bypass the conscious and critical mind so that the subconscious mind can be accessed. The subconscious mind is always present and holds many of the beliefs, patterns, and emotional responses that influence how we think, feel, and behave.


Hypnosis is not mind control and it is not sleep. It is a natural, focused state of awareness similar to daydreaming or becoming absorbed in a movie or a good book. In this relaxed state, the mind becomes more open to insight, understanding, and positive change.


Most people experience natural hypnotic states every day — such as when they are deeply focused on a book, a movie, music, or even driving on autopilot.


During hypnosis:


• you remain aware
• you stay in control
• you can speak and move if you choose
• you cannot be made to do anything against your will


The mind will only accept suggestions that feel safe and beneficial to you.




Animal Energy® sessions can support both animals and their people. Each session is unique, depending on what the animal wishes to communicate and what support may be helpful at the time.


A session may include:


• energetic communication with your animal companion
• energy clearing and balancing
• insight into behavioural or emotional patterns
• spiritual guidance that may come through your animal
• support during times of illness, aging, or end-of-life decisions
• connection with animals who have crossed over
• easing grief for both animals and their people


Animals often share insights that not only support their own well-being but also bring understanding and healing to the people who care for them. This reflects the deep connection that exists between animals and their human companions.


Animal Energy® sessions typically last 45–60 minutes and may be done in person, virtually, or energetically at a distance.


Before our scheduled session, I spend time preparing by clearing my space, grounding myself, and beginning to tune in to the energetic field of your animal companion (or you, in the case of a human session). This allows impressions and information to begin to come forward before we connect.


During the session, I continue tuning in to the energetic aspect of the animal — similar to tuning into a radio frequency. Because everything carries energy and information, animals may communicate through feelings, images, sensations, thoughts, or intuitive impressions.


While animals may benefit from energetic balancing or healing frequencies, animals often share insights that not only support their own well-being but also bring understanding and healing to the people who care for them.


Your animal does not need to be physically present during the session. Because the connection occurs on an energetic level, sessions can be done from any location. Some animals become very relaxed or calm during the session, although this is not required for the communication to take place.


During or after the session, I share what comes through from the animal as well as any energetic work that was done. Clients may receive this information in real time or through a detailed follow-up summary after the session.
